The PPT’s members and Presiding bodies updated the organization’s previous statute, which was approved in Bologna in 1979, in 2018. The recent amendments to the original statute include updated proceedings and definitions of crimes within the jurisdiction of the Tribunal. These definitions were expanded primarily on the basis of case law produced in recent years. The 2018 statute constitutes the current doctrinal and operational framework for its activities.
